Nasi Padang (Part 3) – Nasi Padang Masakan Minang, Food Court Stall No. 17, Sect. 14 Petaling Jaya
I discovered this nasi padang stall couple years ago when looking for nasi padang places in the net. I found article about this place written by a food trailer in The Star Online November 2008. The stall is located in the food court, in the multilevel car park building, beside the Digital Mall in section 14 PJ. I come here at least once a month, thrilled out by the drool nasi padang.

Gayang Seafood Restaurant - Jln. Sulaman, Tuaran, Sabah
One of the best food in Sabah is its seafood as I had chance eating at this restaurant couple months ago. It is quite true that seafood in Sabah is fresh and cheap no wonder you can have packed wet seafood ready at the Kota Kinabalu market to bring back home on the plane, no joke!

Nasi Minang (Part 2) - Restoran Sambal Hijau, Sungai Penchala, Kuala Lumpur
At last I got chance to eat here, Sambal Hijau (green chili paste) restaurant after heard about it for quite sometime. It serves Minang and Malay dishes as well, open from 6.30AM until 2AM. When looking to its food counter, there were still variety of dishes left over from lunch hour since I reached there about 4.30PM, otherwise I would cramp my head to choose which dishes to eat. I will come here again during lunch hour to drool other dishes and it would be packed with people, I bet!

Mee Tarik, Restoran Habatus Sauda – Sri Petaling, KL
Have you ever eaten mee tarik or hand made pull noodle? This restaurant is the best place you can try out the mee tarik because it is not easy to find the halal one. Habatus Sauda restaurant opened last year at this shop lot along Jalan 1/149J, nearby Sri Petaling Community Centre. It has nice hot wok dishes and kebab, previously but since it changed the management recently, the only main attraction or specialty menu of this restaurant is its mee tarik or La mian (拉麵)
The pull noodle is made on demand so you can see the Chinese muslim cook press and stretch the dough become thinner then become bunch of noodles. The raw noodles then straight away are put in the hot boiling water in the pot. After few minutes the noodles will be prepared in its soup contains of baby mustard greens (sawi) or choy sum and sliced beef with some sesame oil and spring onion. The noodle is very nice with its soup and it is not spicy and hot at all, suitable for kid meal. The Chinese muslim cook is originally from China mainland and he has more than 10 years experience making the noodle, inherit from his great grandfather and family. He only knew some Malay words so we used most hand and body language to describe our word in our brief conversation.

Seafood Pantai Perkhemahan Bagan Lalang - Bagan Lalang, Sepang, Selangor
I heard Bagan Lalang is another seafood heaven besides Port Klang in Selangor and was also told the price is quite reasonable here. So we decided to follow a friend went there with his family and it was actually my first time explore to Bagan Lalang. I could not see so much nice scenery along the way because we started to move to Bagan Lalang after Magrib prayer at Sepang mosque and it was dark along the way, passed some palm estates. It was narrow road once entering to the beach side and I could see few resorts there like Seri Malaysia, Palm Tree and you can go the Gold Coast here too without going to Australia. When driving along the beach side I saw several seafood restaurants with many crowd and we went the one at the end of the road as recommended by friend. The parking space was quite terrible because there were so many cars and crowd but there was wide space that we could slot in our car.
