Beryani Gam Johor – Seri Kembangan
This restaurant located at Seri Kembangan, Jalan BBP 84, resided in commercial shop blocks, nearby the new Giant in Seri Kembangan. It is also not far away from Jusco and Pasar Borong Selangor. I came across this Beryani Gam Johor restaurant when was going to Cyberjaya that day, it is easily to find when coming from Puncak Jalil area.
Their speciality is beriani as the name of the restaurant describes themselves. There were also other hot wok dishes such as fried rice, chicken soup, murtabak and many more as for those who do not want to eat beriani. I tried chicken (RM10.8) and mutton (RM12.8) beriani and their taste just cannot go above the average beriani that I ate at other places. The good things, their hot wok dishes are nice. Pataya fried rice (RM4.5) is great and so on the chicken soup. There are other soups and satay as well but these are sold by separate hawker that attach to the restaurant, at the roadside. I was not sure if this available during the day because I went there at night. Anyway there were variety of food there besides the beriani and they also do catering. For further info you can contact 019 7051715 or 019 2661999. It is a great place to eat since there are variety of choices. I apologize that there are no pictures taken during my visit here and will take some pictures in the next visit. Let’s look their point:
Overall: 3.9 / 5
Price: 4.5 / 5
Taste: 3 / 5
Environment: 4 / 5
Service: 4 / 5

Hameediyah Restaurant - Campbell Street, Penang (special cover)
At last, I managed to write about this restaurant even though it is my most priority "bizarre" food in Penang but only last weekend I had the chance to get this assignment completed. To me, Hameediyah serves the best nasi briani in Penang and at least I would get my nasi briani here 2 times a month when I was living in Penang. This small restaurant resided at no. 164 of the double-store shops stretch in Campbell Street, heart of Georgetown, Penang.
